Now onboarding 50 founding members

The quiet practice software built around the therapist, not the billing department.

QuietChart combines scheduling, AI-drafted progress notes, and client billing into one HIPAA-ready workspace — so solo therapists can close their laptop at 5pm and stop dreading Sundays.

No card required to join the waitlist. Founding members get the rate locked for the life of their practice.

You didn't go into private practice to juggle SimplePractice, a spreadsheet, a Google Calendar, and a Stripe dashboard. You went into private practice to sit with people. QuietChart puts the admin work back in its place — behind you, finished, before your last client walks out.

Everything a solo therapist actually uses. Nothing they don't.

Most practice software is built for 20-clinician group practices and then watered down. QuietChart starts from the opposite end.

📅

Smart Scheduling

Client self-booking, buffers between sessions, and automatic intake reminders. Syncs with your Google or iCloud calendar.

🪶

AI Progress Notes

Dictate or paste a few bullet points — QuietChart drafts a SOAP, DAP, or BIRP note in your voice. You review and sign. Two minutes, not twenty.

💳

Stripe Billing

Card-on-file, automatic session charges, superbills for out-of-network clients. You keep 100% — no per-transaction markup.

🔒

HIPAA-Ready

Encrypted at rest and in transit, role-based access, audit logs, and a signed BAA on every plan. No exceptions, no upsells.

📂

Simple Client Files

Intake forms, consent, treatment plans, and session history in one place. Everything is one click from the calendar.

🧘

Zero Learning Curve

If you can use Gmail, you can use QuietChart. Migration from SimplePractice or TherapyNotes is free and done for you.

A Tuesday afternoon with QuietChart

The workflow that took an hour at the end of your day now takes three minutes between sessions.

3:58 PM

Client checks in. QuietChart auto-charges the card on file and confirms insurance eligibility.

4:50 PM

Session ends. You speak three bullet points into QuietChart. It drafts a SOAP note ready for your review.

4:53 PM

You sign the note, the receipt goes to the client, and your schedule is already prepped for tomorrow.

Questions therapists actually ask

Is QuietChart really HIPAA compliant, or "HIPAA-aware"?

We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every customer — included, not an upsell. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is role-based, and all PHI access is logged. We do not use client data to train AI models.

Who is behind this?

QuietChart is built by a small independent team. You'll have a direct line to the founder as a founding member — not a support queue.

When does it launch?

We're onboarding founding members now and running live-client pilots this quarter. You pay nothing until you've personally tested the product and said yes.

What happens to my notes if I leave?

Your data is yours. One-click export to PDF or CSV at any time. No hostage clauses, no "premium export" fees.

Will it handle insurance claims?

At launch, QuietChart is optimized for private-pay and out-of-network superbills. Direct insurance claim filing is on the roadmap for founding members to vote on.

Does the AI read my session?

No. The AI only sees the bullet points or summary you paste in after the session. It never listens live, and never leaves our HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
